Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality is a joint venture between Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, the Chinese Foreign Ministry’s venue for hosting heads of state, and MGM ResortsInternational, the top global luxury hotel and entertainment group. The ventureis committed to combining the brand advantages of its parent companies todevelop and operate luxury hotels and resorts around the world. The company also uses the diverse offerings of its parent companies to develop and operatemixed-use real estate developments, providing catering, entertaient, exhibition and shopping services. In addition to the MGM Grand Sanya, the Diaoyutai Boutique Chengdu, and the Diaoyutai Beijing Lama Temple, we are developing the Bellagio by MGM in Shanghai, the MGM Grand in Hangzhou, and projects in Beijing, Chongqing, Sanya, Xiamen, Ningbo and Dalian.
